For the year 2024 is the tourism tax Euro 2,60.-/night/person > 14 years.

NEW: GUEST-Card in the price included

With this card the guests can use all means of public transportation (including regional trains) throughout South Tirol free of charge.

General conditions:

PRICES:
Are showed in Euro and refer per person at day, including taxes, weekly change of linens and final cleaning. The prices are apply for stays of at least 3 days. For a stay less than 3 days the price will vary.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
The day of arrival and departure is saturday; other dates of arrival and/or departure only upon request and according to availability. The apartments are available from 2 pm of the day of arrival till 9 am of the day of departure. In case of late arrivals and/or anticipated departures you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

BOOKING:
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the previously agreed deposit, which can be paid through bank transfer. In case of cancellation the deposit will be retained by way of compensation.

CHILDREN:
We apply children discounts (excluding during the high season). On request, we provide baby-bed and table seat.

PAYMENT:
Please make the payments in cash (up to € 999.99), advance bank transfer, bancomat or credit card. 

PETS:
On request, small pets (dogs, cats, rabbits) are welcome in our apartments Nagula and Milandura.

BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Please consider our cancellation conditions:

- up to 60 days before the planned date of arrival, the deposit is returned;
- from 59 days to 30 days the deposit is retained;
- from 29 days to 7 days, 50% of the agreed price is charged;
- from 7 days until the day of expected arrival, we charge 100% of the agreed price.

Cancellation is only effective if communicated in writing.
